COACH CHRIS
I have been working in the fitness industry since 2017, starting out as a Personal Trainer in a High Street consumer gym and later working as an independent, self-employed Strength & Conditioning and Weightlifting Coach from a small semi-private studio before co-founding Stronghold Fitness.
During my time in the industry, I have taken on a variety of coaching roles, including 1:1 Personal Training, delivering small-group functional fitness sessions, developing customised programmes for larger group sessions and workshops, as well as online coaching, to name just a few.
Health, fitness, and performance have always been a big part of my life. When it comes to training and planning sessions, my creative thinking and enthusiasm for introducing new and innovative methodologies help keep everyone motivated, engaged, and working hard, while also ensuring they have fun and achieve incredible results.
